Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Google pay and all major credit cards.
Q5: I placed an order but cannot find my order confirmation?
Kindly check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find it, please feel free to contact us on bublux@hotmail.com
Q6: How do I track my order?
You will automatically receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
Q7: My tracking says “no information available at the moment”, why?
Once your order ships you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. You will also receive status updates if your order status changes. Sometimes due to the quantity/value of item being low, tracking is not available.
Q8: I ordered multiple items, why did I only received one?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They will all get to you
Q9: What is your Refund Policy?

Q10: What can I do when I want to return an item?
Contact us with your name, order ID number, and reason for return. we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
